"les Allures consistent à plonger différentes objets banals, chaussures, outils, colliers de perles, lanières, coquilles d'oeufs, brûleurs à gaz, pièces de mécaniques, etc, dans l'encre et à les projeter sur la toile ou le papier où ils laissent l'empreinte de leurs parcours, leur allure. Chaque tracé est conditionné par l'instantanéité et l'intensité du geste qui, libéré du répétitisme, acquiert un pouvoir expressif neuf; quant à l'objet, s'il paraît abusif d'y voir déjà un relais sociologique, un appel à la nature "moderne", il n'existe qu'en fonction de la trace qu'il laisse."
